Environmental and Social Impact Studies and Management

We review and report on environmental impact assessments to identify and mitigate adverse effects on the environment. We also review and report on social impact management including community engagement, project economic growth and benefits local populations. We especially report on the project’s public image and potential relations with media, other governmental agencies, and community groups.

Coordination and Communication

We review and report on procurement plans and the details of how goods and services will be acquired, including basses for vendor selection and contractual negotiations. We will also review and report on contract execution to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, change management, and dispute resolution.

Status review and reporting

We will review project progress against scope, budget and schedule and provide a status report using a simplified earned value system so the report can be fully understood by non-engineers and non-construction professional. We also use plain language in our reports
